SOME FOUNDER'S PACKS NOT PROPERLY DELIVERED

Some players with Founder's Packs that logged into MapleStory 2 between the beginning of Head Start (10:30 AM PDT on Monday, October 1st) and 12:30 PM PDT on October 2nd have not revieved those Founder's Packs due to certain server-side errors. We are aware of this issue and believe we have isolated the root cause of the issue, and are working to create a resolution to this issue now.
